Because every piece is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. That is why we show you a preview (pets and couples) or send you a proof with unlimited revisions (golf maps) before anything is printed.
Free reprint or refund
We will reprint your order for free, or refund it in full, if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The print does not match the design you approved.
- The parcel is lost in transit.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. No need to send the item back.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your design. Once a design is approved and sent to print, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Digital downloads
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, but we will gladly adjust the design if something is not right.
